More than sixty years ago, Albert Cole, a master baker with an enviable reputation, opened a business in the leafy village of Great Chesterford, Essex. Along with his wife, two sons and daughter, he baked spectacular tasting bread, confectionery and puddings for discerning palates.

As Cole’s products delighted the taste buds of more and more people, they secured premises large enough to produce their famous luxurious puddings in the quantities needed to meet the increasing demand.

All-year Range
Many of our products are suitable for consumption all the year round and for various celebratory purposes. Why not try our Champagne Pudding, Apple Cider & Calvados pudding, Tropical Fruit & Vodka pudding or a delicious old fashioned steamed pudding in five mouth watering flavours.

Speciality Cakes
Cole’s cakes never disappoint. The brightest of berries, freshest of nuts, and glorious tree and vine fruits all grew in the Garden of Eden. With an abundance of these in every Cole’s cake, each mouthful tastes like paradise.

Food Services
As with all Cole’s products, hand blending of ingredients, expert baking and attention to detail go in to producing our catering range. The only difference is that the products are produced in sizes, quantities, and packages designed to be more cost effective for caterers.
